Steven Anthony Yard (S.A.Y.) learnt carpentry from a young age, working under his father for Yard General Builders from 2004. Following his apprenticeship, builders licence and Cert IV in Business Management, it was time for Steven to spread his wings from the family business and work independently as a contractor. In 2019 SAY BUILT was born.

 

Throughout his building career, Steven has taken on residential and commercial projects ranging from house extensions and renovations (outwards and upwards), brand new home builds, and commercial projects such as education and community centre extensions.

 

SAY BUILT makes no compromises on quality, understanding the client’s need for responsiveness, realistic deadlines and follow through. Servicing the entire South Australian Riverland region, SAY BUILT is also committed to supporting fellow local businesses.
