For this terraced home, the client came with plans drawn up and SAY Built took on the project. The property's unique design includes a 6-metre-high limestone wall, 45m terraced hallway, and a north-facing orientation to maximize energy efficiency.

Designed as the family's 'forever home', this open-plan, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house includes semi-commercial finishes. A rammed earth wall extends half the length of the property, complemented by an external finish of Cape Jaffa limestone, with large-scale windows to showcase the riverbend views.
